DATA PROTECTION PRIVACY STATEMENT
As one of the business partners of Fiszter Bt, please be informed that our company also manages personal data, consequently we are considered a data controller or data processor in the course of our business - in compliance with EU Regulation No. 2016/679 on General Data Protection by the European Parliament and Council (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR). The regulation lays down strict rules for data controllers and data processors on protection of natural persons with regard to processing of their personal data, and in connection with the free stream of such data.

2. Scope of the data being processed; purpose and duration of data processing:
Data to be processed: surname, first name, address, e-mail address, phone number, fax number, date. Other personal data and company information included in the documents to be translated.
Purpose of data processing: During the translating, data processing is required for the purpose of keeping contact with the clients and customers, sending quotations and preparing the translations.
Duration of data processing: Data are processed within the time of translation and all data are deleted after the completion of the translation. Cancellation of the data may be requested in written by the customer, by sending an e-mail to the following e-mail address: adriana.fiszter@zalaszam.hu.
3. Rights of the person concerned
The person concerned may request information about processing of his/her personal data, and may request any correction in his/her personal data or deleting them on any of the data processor's contact details. The person concerned may protest against the processing of his/her personal data in the cases specified by the relevant laws.
